Video of IQ Metal going East

10 years ago IQ Metal decided to “Go East” and since 2010 we have been constantly growing and developing our setup in Szczecin. Yet when it comes to improvements we are still “striving East” but like many other Western companies we are in an early stage of applying the best practices from the Japanese shop floors.

When the new IQ Metal factory was build in 2015, another Eastern symbol was introduced, the Koi fish:
“in Japan the Koi fish are associated with good fortune, success, prosperity, longevity, ambitions and perseverance”.

5 years after we moved into our new large factory the Koi fish are doing better than ever and so is IQ Metal.
