Safety first 100 days ago we were about to plan the celebration of the 200 days anniversary without accidents at work, unfortunately we were interrupted by a minor incident and the counting started from zero again. Today at IQ Metal Szczecin our 350 employees could mark, that we are half the way in order to be heading for the next 200 days celebration. IQ Metal will be ISO 45001 certified during 2023.

IQ Metal Group, som består af IQ Metal A/S med domicil i Hasselager ved Århus, blev for 13 år siden udbygget med IQ Metal Sp. z o.o. der ligger i Stettin i det nordvestlige Polen. Nu er de blevet suppleret med endnu en polsk virksomhed, IQ Metal Central Poland Sp. z o.o.- Vi har åbnet et site mere, som hedder IQ Metal Central Poland. Så nu er vi, ud over vores gamle sites i Danmark og i det nordvestlige Polen i Stettin, også i det centrale Polen, siger CEO Bo Fischer Larsen. Det nye medlem af IQ Metal-familienen ligger i byen Torún, og tæller fra starten cirka 70 ansatte. Dermed er IQ Metal Group samlet oppe omkring 500 medarbejdere inklusive kontraktansatte.
