Whistleblower Policy

IQ Metal Group is committed to an open, ethical operation and we appreciate any malpractice, fraud or other inappropriate behaviour revealed to us by employees.

The Group has established a general Whistleblower Policy that applies across all of IQ Metal Group. As mentioned in our policy it is our standard practice to act upon all section 3.1. mentioned serious offences or suspected serious offences about matters or people related to the Group.

To reflect local practices and organizational structures, we have established three specific whistleblower procedures for each site:

IQ Metal Group employees must always act in good faith when making a complaint or disclosure. Any report will be treated confidentially where requested, and those notifying a matter will usually be informed of the outcome of any investigation according to section 5.4 and 5.5 of the respective Whistleblower Policies.

If you would like to inform you as an employee of a matter of concern that you have observed, please do so first with your line manager. If this is not possible due to the circumstances, please contact the Plant Director of the geographical location or the Group CEO of IQ Metal. In exceptional circumstances, you can bring a matter forward directly to the attention of the Chairman of the Board of Directors of IQ Metal Group.

As we support an open policy, you may point to situations that you deem to be covered by the above topics, either by identifying yourself or anonymously.

Both IQ Metal Group and the individual companies take the whistleblower framework seriously as part of our shared responsibility to ensure transparency, accountability, and integrity.
