Our capabilities range from manual welding to sophisticated robotic welding, accommodating many different applications. At IQ Metal, our bending operations exemplify versatility and technological advancement. We are equipped with more than 25 press bending machines, ranging from 30 tons x 1200 mm to an impressive 600 tons x 6000 mm. Additionally, our facility includes state-of-the-art panel bending and 7 bending robots, ensuring we can handle any task our customers require. With a wide array of standard and special tools at our disposal, we are adept at managing both low and high-volume production batches. Our extensive equipment range allows us to efficiently and cost-effectively accommodate any shape and angle required by our clients.This comprehensive suite of bending technologies underscores our commitment to delivering precise, high-quality metal forming services tailored to the diverse needs of our customers.

IQ Metal handles all types of surface treatment, either in-house or through our trusted and approved partners. We have extensive experience in various surface treatments, ensuring quality according to both relevant standards and specific customer requirements. Our efficient logistics between our factories and partners minimize transit time, reducing our overall delivery time.

As part of IQ Metal's competencies and capabilities, we handle machining using a number of advanced CNC centers that can handle a wide range of product sizes and weights. We specialize in series production, but also handle smaller series. Our machining capabilities include special CNC machine with a 6000 mm X-axis working range, ideal for machining profile materials. In addition, a large CNC center equipped with a rotary table and a working area of X / Y / Z / W 5,000 / 2,000 / 2,000 / 800 mm.

At IQ Metal, we uphold stringent quality and process control standards through the use of regularly calibrated 3D measurement technology. Our equipment, including manual operated 3D measurement devices, which allow for quick product transitions, supporting a production environment that caters to a diverse array of components across various industries. 3D measurement is done using flexible portable 3D measuring arms, ideal for ongoing process control and validations in relation with approvals of new processes and products, e.g. PPAP related measurement reports etc.. For larger constructions, our advanced 3D laser tracker equipment can probe and scan structures up to 20 meters in length. This technology ensures that all products comply with dimensions and parameters, which are checked directly against customers' 3D files. These sophisticated 3D measuring techniques are integral to maintaining the high standards of quality that IQ Metal is known for, enabling us to consistently meet and exceed customer expectations in every project. CNC machines efficiently perform our turret punching operations, equipped with a vast array of tools. Turret punching offers several key advantages: it operates at high speed and does not subject the metal to heat, preserving its integrity. This process is ideal for medium to high volume batches, and we provide integrated shearing, tapping, and forming services. Experience the precision and efficiency of our turret punching operations.

Our factories are equipped to handle all standard finishing processes. We have extensive experience and large capacity in brush and drum deburring, as well as through feed grinding and cosmetic grinding. As part of our comprehensive finishing process, we perform mechanical joining of components using methods such as rivets, either on automated machines or manually. We also handle the installation of self-clinching nuts, studs, and standoffs internally, thereby reducing logistic time.
